1. Who we are and when these terms apply

faqs.me is operated by HelpCenter Solutions Ltd., a company registered in Bulgaria and the maker of HelpCenter.io (“we”, “us”). These terms apply to the free faqs.me website, editor, templates, exports, and optional AI features (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using it.

You must be legally able to agree to these terms. If you use the Service for an organization, you must have authority to act for it. Contact us at hello@helpcenter.io.

2. Free use and availability

The free tool does not require an account or payment to edit FAQs or export code. Optional AI features may have usage limits and may be unavailable at times. We may change, limit, or discontinue features and do not promise uninterrupted availability, support, or storage of your projects. Keep your own exports or backups.

These terms do not authorize any charges. Any future paid offering would require separate pricing information and your agreement before a purchase.

3. Your content and exported code

You retain your rights in content you provide. You give us permission to process that content only as needed to provide the features you request, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to use, submit, and publish your content.

We grant you a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, and distribute the FAQ template code you export as part of personal, commercial, and client websites. Attribution is optional. You may keep using code you have already exported if the Service changes or closes. This permission does not transfer ownership of our website, branding, or trademarks, or grant rights to third-party content.

4. Responsible use

Do not use the Service for unlawful, harmful, misleading, or infringing content. Do not interfere with its operation, bypass security or rate limits, introduce malicious code, or attempt unauthorized access. Submit only websites you own or are authorized to process, and respect other people’s privacy and intellectual property. We may restrict access to prevent abuse or comply with law.

5. AI drafts and publishing

AI-generated answers may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. Review and edit every answer before publishing, especially claims about prices, policies, safety, or legal obligations. Do not submit confidential information, sensitive personal data, passwords, or private access links. You are responsible for the final content and for testing exported code on your website. We do not guarantee search rankings, accessibility compliance, or suitability for a particular purpose.

6. Privacy and third-party services

Our Privacy Policy explains browser storage, share links, analytics, and optional AI processing. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; their operators are responsible for their own content, terms, and privacy practices.

7. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Service and exported code are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties, including warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost data, or business interruption arising from your use of the Service.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits your mandatory consumer rights, including rights relating to fraud, gross negligence, or intentional misconduct.

8. Changes and applicable law

We may update these terms by publishing a revised version and changing the date above. Material changes will be brought to your attention on the Service where required by law. Changes apply prospectively and do not revoke permission to use previously exported code. Bulgarian law governs these terms, without depriving you of mandatory protections or rights to bring claims in your country of residence where applicable.
